As a Senior Workforce Planner you will translate workforce data into actionable insights, prepare planning reports, analyse trends across multiple data sources, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities, supporting strategic and operational decision-making. This will be a full time, 12 month maximum term contract position based in our Sydney, Gosford, Newcastle or Parramatta office, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 3 days per week) considered from month three, subject to performance and approval.
