Overview: This is a full-time, commissioned career opportunity that can be hybrid based out of our Rockaway, NJ location. Solicits first mortgages through contacts with realtors, builders, and developers. Work with customers and prospective customers to assist them in identifying and securing a mortgage loan that is appropriate for their individual financial circumstances and is designed to help them achieve their financial goals, including home ownership. Responsibilities: - Develops and expands referral sources in order to solicit first mortgages. Maintains regular contact with Realtors in their offices and on site at open house events.
