Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Risk Director to lead our facility's risk management efforts and ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. In this leadership role, you will oversee the implementation of a comprehensive risk management program, collaborate with multiple departments to assess and mitigate risks, and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization. The Risk Director will lead incident investigations, manage compliance with regulations, and develop proactive strategies to prevent harm and potential liabilities. PURPOSE STATEMENT: Plan, organize, direct, and oversee all aspects of risk management activities. Promote a safe environment for the protection of patients, clients, employees, and visitors to the facility in such a manner as to comply with laws, regulations, and regulatory agencies.
