The Role: We are seeking a Director of Facility Management & Security and Business Continuity to lead the Facility & Security function within Engineering & Operations Support. This role sets the strategic direction for the department, develops and executes the site-wide facility and security strategy, and oversees facility maintenance and capital projects to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient work environment. The Director ensures quality, compliance, and operational excellence, and manages an operating budget with accountability for cost-effectiveness and delivery towards departmental goals.
