Position Summary: The Fleet Manager role owns the full lifecycle of a diverse fleet - 350+ vehicles and 50+ pieces of heavy construction equipment (“yellow iron”) - ensuring compliance, safety, cost efficiency, and uptime across multiple states. This role will centralize fleet operations, lead a team of mechanics, and build scalable systems that support continued expansion.
