Overview We are seeking a strong Manager, Business Office (Revenue Cycle Management) to lead and support revenue cycle operations for Geisinger Danville and Geisinger Moosic . This role provides operational leadership across key business office functions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant revenue cycle performance while driving continuous process improvement. The Manager will oversee daily business office operations, partner closely with clinical and financial leadership, and lead a team responsible for optimizing front-end and back-end revenue cycle workflows. This includes a focus on registration accuracy, billing, collections, denial management, and adherence to regulatory and payer requirements. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on leadership style, data-driven decision-making, and a collaborative approach to supporting multi-site operations.
