The Provincial Bargaining and Compensation Office (PBCO) is responsible for providing a disciplined, collaborative, long-term approach to public sector bargaining and compensation that achieves outcomes that are consistent with the government's fiscal goals. PBCO, through its negotiations support and research and analysis functions, provides objective data and analysis that helps support Government's interests as an employer and funder within the broad public service.
