Role Overview Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a General Manager 3, Food , to lead dining operations at Birmingham Green in Manassas, Virginia , near Front Royal. This 300‑resident assisted living and skilled nursing community features dining room service and tray service to room. The General Manager will be hands-on and oversee a team of one manager and approximately 30 hourly staff. Responsibilities include full oversight of daily food service operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, service standards, and a positive dining experience for residents. A dietary manager certification ( CDM ) is needed or must be willing to obtain. What You'll Do: - have oversight of daily dining operations; - deliver high-quality food service; - achieve company and client financial targets and goals (fee account); - develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships; - develop strategic plans; - create a positive environment; and - ensure Sodexo Standards are met.
