What You’ll Do: - Fulfill all opening and closing cleaning duties. - Follow your schedule as written unless otherwise directed by management. - Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary workspace throughout your shift. - Operate dishwashing equipment and properly use a 3-compartment sink. - Communicate with both FOH and BOH teams to support their needs during service. - Efficiently clean all plates, glassware, and utensils while keeping up with the pace of the shift. - Assist with general BOH support as needed. - Exhibit strong multi-tasking...
