Job Description The Role: The Business Manager – Global Supply Chain leads plant-level supply chain and business performance, supporting Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS) to deliver safe, high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective production. This role is a key partner in launch and pilot activities, owning material readiness and ensuring cross-functional alignment to meet customer, quality, delivery, and financial targets. The position builds strong working relationships with operations, engineering, GPSC, quality, and union partners, while maintaining awareness of all KPI metrics, communicating department goals, and leveraging resources to resolve issues. The Business Manager fosters a stable, continuously improving work environment, consistently administers National and Local UAW agreements, and implements systems to prevent the recurrence of known issues.
