About The Opportunity: The role is a newly created which reports directly into our Head of Retail. The role will review and refining training programs, identifying learning needs, developing and implementing training solutions and ensuring consistent excellent customer experiences and drive sales outcomes The role partners closely with retail leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive engagement, support new store openings and onboarding.
