About the Role: As a Head of Tax, USA in our Enterprise Finance team, you will hold a senior leadership role with end‑to‑end accountability for ANZ’s United States tax outcomes within a highly regulated banking environment. You are anchored in the United States, reflecting the scale, complexity, and regulatory intensity of the US market. While this role is not designed as a standing regional or multi‑country position, you are expected to lead and coordinate tax matters with broader Group or global impact where these arise from US tax rules, structures, or activities, working closely with Institutional and Group Tax.
