The Role: As Leisure Manager, you will be the operational face of the leisure department, leading the day-to-day experience across the gym floor, studios, pool and padel facilities. You will drive service excellence, team performance, member engagement and commercial success while ensuring the club consistently delivers a luxury 5-star experience. This role requires a highly visible leader with exceptional standards, strong people management skills and a passion for health, fitness and wellbeing.
