Operations Analyst (Loan Support, KeyView Deluxe Application)

Job description

Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio Job Summary: The Operations Analyst provides project support, business analysis, data governance, and subject matter expertise for loan support for default servicing and workflow applications, primarily focused on KVD (KeyView Deluxe). The analyst is responsible for troubleshooting issues, intake of system enhancement requests, and works with technology and other stakeholders for any enhancements, requirements, or code changes. KeyView Deluxe supports both Consumer and Commercial lines of business and this analyst could work with a variety of stakeholders within those aligned businesses for requests, research, validation, etc. The boarder team provides similar application support for a variety of applications within the Consumer Loan & Operational Services (CLOS) team.
