Description Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting a Paralegal for our Kansas City, MO office. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This role is in-office, and the candidate must live in Kansas City metropolitan area for court appearances. Base schedule is Monday through Friday with hours between 8AM to 5PM. Interested applicants: We require a completed employment applicant and resume. What You'll Do: - Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team, including document preparation, filing, and general office tasks. - Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards. - Manage Counterclaims in MO, drafting releases and dismissals, regular communication with creditors/debtors Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred). - Prior law firm experience - required - Basic knowledge of civil litigation - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal...
