Position Summary: Reporting to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, the Assistant Coach/Director of Player Personnel is responsible for preparing student-athletes for athletic, personal, and academic success. This position will be primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day personnel matters of student-athletes, assisting in planning weekly and monthly practices, class, and study hall hours, and assisting with all on-campus recruiting activities. This role will also contribute to practice and coaching and will have duties assigned related to coaching student-athletes.
