Job description

We are looking for a skilled Sr. SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC) Analyst with 8+ years of experience to support dynamic pricing and billing operations in a ride-share / mobility ecosystem. The role focuses on designing and managing real-time, usage-based charging models for trips, driver incentives, commissions, and subscription offerings. In This Role, You Will... - Design and configure real-time charging and rating solutions in SAP Convergent Charging for ride-share use cases, supporting high-volume, event-driven processing (trip, GPS, and usage data). - Implement complex pricing models including trip fares (base, time, distance), surge/dynamic pricing, cancellations, waiting charges, and driver commissions/platform fees. - Configure discounts, promotions, referral credits, loyalty programs, and subscription models (e.g., ride passes, premium memberships). - Integrate SAP CC with ride booking/trip systems, payment gateways/wallets, and SAP BRIM modules (CI, SOM, FI-CA) to enable seamless end-to-end O2C processes. - Monitor and optimize pricing performance, ensure accurate event rating (trip start/stop, distance/time, peak multipliers), and troubleshoot billing discrepancies and...
