Introduction We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown. If you are a driven automotive professional who is passionate about supporting high performing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to dealership success, this role is for you. In this position, you will support the leadership and daily operations of the sales department, assist in driving sales performance, and help ensure a high standard of customer experience aligned with dealership goals and Toyota brand expectations. Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent leadership role based on approximately 40 hours per week. Given the nature of the retail automotive business, this role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as well as additional hours as needed to support business operations and team performance. This role reports to the General Sales Manager of the dealership.
