Description Summary: The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily manufacturing operations within a steel fabrication facility producing industrial cabinets, material handling equipment, and rolling ladder stands. This role ensures production targets are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality, while driving continuous improvement and maintaining cost control.
