Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient batching and loading of concrete, active participation in the day-to-day site operations, and proficient operation of both plant and mobile equipment. Your day will involve: - Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs with dedicated programs and systems - Safe operation of front-end loader to weigh up materials for batching - Managing day-to-day administration including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecasts - Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting - General yard housekeeping and maintenance What are we looking for?: - A strong commitment to safety and the environment along with a superior customer focus - Forklift licence and Front End Loader ticket – preferable - Ensure a safe working environment - Ensuring Boral Policies are adhered to - Sound computer...
