Description We are currently seeking an extraordinary Breakfast Attendant/ Banquet Server , you are responsible for the overall success of the Hotel's breakfast service and Banquet meetings ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. The role of the Breakfast Attendant/ Banquet Server is to be a key person of reference for guests while preparing and serving food and beverage products in the hotel breakfast or banquet area. You are responsible for ensuring everything is set up to standard, and set out in a timely fashion. This position requires flexible scheduling availability and weekends required Requirements: Job Requirements: - Cooking and assembling the breakfast service before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter - Ensuring breakfast items are replenished and available to guests during breakfast hours according to standard - Maintain cleanliness of entire breakfast area including equipment during and after breakfast hours - Wash dishes, clean kitchen and maintain daily temp logs - Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items - Follows all food safety and and sanitation guidelines - Provide information and assistance to...
