Retail Sales Associate - 1 JOB SUMMARY: To provide an exceptional shopping experience for every customer and assist store leadership in performing daily operations and objectives of the store. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONBILITIES: The below listing of essential and periodic functions is not an inclusive listing of all duties that may be requested to be performed by supervisor or manager. - Provide exceptional sales assistance and customer service by acknowledging all customers and being attentive to shopper’s needs. - Stock merchandise and maintain inventory levels in accordance with store processes and procedures. - Price and label products in accordance with store processes and procedures. - Ensure fast and accurate service during customer shopping and check-out process. - Perform general store maintenance and cleaning as assigned. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in large event sales, including the bi-annual Mason Tent Sale, Black Friday and Small Business Saturday. - Assist in performing annual inventory in accordance with store processes and procedures.
