What You'll Be Doing: - Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in the production of aggregates - Maintain stockpiles of stone to ensure consistent production of asphalt - Maintain housekeeping of plant and facilities - Ensure equipment is in good working order - Perform routine inspection and preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment if within abilities; escalate issues that are not - Routinely assist other members of the crew as needed, including shoveling and cleanup - Fuel, oil and grease equipment to ensure proper function and completes associated paperwork - Perform related job duties as assigned What Are We Looking For: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) - One year of heavy equipment operation or other related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Physical Requirements: sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, twisting, climbing, b...
