Job description

You'll be focused in: In order to succeed you'll need - Collaborating and manage different stakeholders, such as IT security, different management levels, AWS Service Team, providers and customers - Working closely with the development team, your CSA Peers and bridge the gap to the MAN Senior Management and stakeholders; - Setting and aligning the main Focus for the Team with your CSA Peers and the MAN Management; - Aligning with the Engineering Manager and Agile Enabler to increase the overall team maturity - Leading, together with peers, the Product Management and Service Management of both Platform and Business Service - AWS Platform and CI/CD Platform (Gitlab, SonarQube); - Driving the standards and guidelines for these platforms; - Evangelizing and consult internally project and product teams; - Taking care about the big picture of how the Platforms are integrated with the overall MAN Truck & Bus landscape; manage the development of a long-term vision - Ensuring a smooth and continuous development experience for the dev team (prevent obstacles); you balance and funnel the distraction from the operational needs of the Platforms; - Managing incoming demands, meaning to register,...
