Monitoring Operator (Customer Service role) We are looking for Monitoring Operators/Contact Centre Operators to join our Rydalmere (Sydney) team. The role is located in Rydalmere, which is part of the Parramatta council area of Sydney. With free parking on site and a short bus ride away from Parramatta train station, it is an ideal location to work. You will need to ascertain whether assistance is required, liaise with a range of stakeholders including but limited to: Security Guards, Patrol companies, Facility Managers, customers and the Police.
