Description The Project Manager 1 (PM-1) is responsible for leading and delivering assigned projects from initial planning through closeout, while meeting company standards for safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance. This role acts as the primary point of accountability for all project activities—coordinating engineering, procurement, production, testing, and internal/external stakeholder interaction to ensure successful execution. Success in this role means balancing technical requirements, commercial priorities, and team dynamics to deliver high-quality results for project load of around $10M in total value Requirements: Project Planning & Schedule Management: · Develop and maintain the project schedule, establishing key milestones and · deliverables. · Coordinate engineering, procurement, production, and field teams to maintain · schedule integrity. · Proactively identify schedule risks and implement recovery or mitigation plans.
