STATUS: Per Diem: LOCATION: United Memorial Medical Center (UMMC) - 330 Summit St. Batavia, NY DEPARTMENT: Speech Pathology SCHEDULE: Day/Evening Shifts, 4-hr. shifts; Weekdays & Weekends on a scheduled basis Position Summary: Provides evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with problems in cognition, communication, and/or deglutition using accepted techniques and equipment within the guidelines of the organization's policies and procedures and professional standards of practice. Assesses and restores patients' function, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by designing, planning, and implementing medically prescribed speech-language pathology interventions.
