General Summary The Sr. HRIS Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data management, compliance, and efficient HR operations. This role supports HR functions through data integrity, reporting, system administration, and process improvements. This position supports the Wholesale and Retail Footwear business. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site.
