General Summary The Sr. HRIS Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data management, compliance, and efficient HR operations. This role supports HR functions through data integrity, reporting, system administration, and process improvements. This position supports the Wholesale and Retail Footwear business. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site. Key Responsibilities: HRIS & Systems Administration: ________________________________________ - Monitor data integrity, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies - Maintain and update employee data within ADP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness - Manage system configurations, including company policies, job templates, and organizational structures - Serve as system security administrator to administer user access and system permissions, ensuring appropriate role-based security and safeguarding confidential employee information and - Oversee system integrations and monitor the Integration Dashboard to ensure optim...
