Plant Operator/Labourer - Civil

GemLife is currently seeking a Plant Operator to join our Civil Construction team! There's plenty of work ahead – we expect years of ongoing work at this site alone, with many more sites scheduled to begin this year. Whilst this initially is a casual role, this could lead to a permanent position with us. Who and what are we looking for? Gemlife Civil division are presently looking for an experienced Plant Operator/Labourer for our Moreton Bay project. If you have previous experience in the civil construction industry, enjoy the combination of labouring and operating well maintained equipment, this is for you! All Operators must be happy to jump off the plant and labour when required. Preferred tickets: - Excavator - Trimble GPS experience - Articulated Haul Truck - Loader - Water cart (advantageous but not necessary) - HR license (advantageous but not necessary) About You: - Previous experience in a similar role - Be licenced and able to operate the above equipment - Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team - Strong safety initiative - Have excellent communication skills - General knowledge of the constructio...
