Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Team Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the department's strict adherence to safety and quality standards, meeting cost and production targets during their shift, and leading the use of production systems. This position involves fostering the development of team members, efficiently coordinating staffing to align with business needs and cost objectives, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining equipment. The Team Lead excels in task prioritization, fosters collaboration across departments, actively participates in team-based activities, and maintains compliance with plant procedures, policies, and standards.
