Day (United States of America) Admissions Registered Nurse The Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and patient centered admission of individuals entering the hospital system through acute points of entry. This role serves as a key clinical resource in facilitating care transitions, supporting patient flow, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients are admitted appropriately and without unnecessary delay. The Admissions RN applies professional nursing judgment to assess initial patient needs, support care coordination, and ensure required clinical and administrative elements of the admission process are completed in alignment with organizational standards and patient care priorities. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Eligible to practice nursing in the State of Florida Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Current NIH Stroke Scale certification: Demonstrated ability to assess patients, prioritize care needs, and respond to emergent situations within scope of practice Previous inpatient nursing experience required, intermediate level of care experience preferr...
