Job description

The CROCS OT Workforce Development Strategy Consultant supports the Cyber Resiliency Office for Control Systems (CROCS) under the Client by designing, developing, and delivering OT cybersecurity workforce development programs for Client personnel and monitoring best practices in cyber workforce development. The role spans workforce strategy, curriculum design across multiple delivery modalities, training facilitation, vendor training development and implementation oversight, and stakeholder coordination. The consultant aligns work to the Client DCI Cyber Transformation Roadmap, NDAA Section 1650, and additional guidance from US CYBERCOM and the Client. The position requires strong instructional design skills, OT/CS cybersecurity knowledge, and the ability to operate effectively, with executive presence, in a high-visibility Customer-based program environment with Technical Director/SES-level client(s). A minimum of two days onsite is mandatory.
