Job description

The Manager, Information Technology (Production Application Support & Database Administration) is responsible for ensuring the stability, resiliency, performance, and security of mission critical production systems supporting a regulated financial institution. This role leads Application Support, Database Administration, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) functions, managing production workloads across Microsoft SQL Server, AWS, Azure, and Pega platforms. This position will be working hybrid, based in San Juan, PR. Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Leads the I.T. Application & Database Administration activities for daily operations and major business projects.
