Title: Quantity Surveyor Company: Rider Levett Bucknall (Atlantic Services) Ltd. Reporting to: Office Director/Office Lead: Overview of Role: The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for overseeing cost estimation and adhering to the company’s quality standards and the client’s satisfaction. The quantity surveyor is responsible for managing the contracts and costs of a construction project and involves carrying out studies of project duration and labor costs, examining and analyzing material costs, coordinating supply deliveries, labor costs, and giving contractors advice and suggestions on contractual issues. Employees in this position will interface with clients, consultants, and designers to achieve the project’s goals and ensure that all project activities are consistent with the company's policy. The Quantity Surveyor should have the ability to identify opportunities within a project that will add value and help successfully accomplish the client’s desired project outcome. Truth. Trust.
