Position Specific Description: NextEra Energy Inc. seeks a business savvy trial attorney to join a team of litigators supporting litigation matters involving the renewable energy projects located across 30+ states and Canada. This role requires experience with e-discovery, depositions, and briefings. Reporting to VP and Chief Litigation Counsel, you will be on the front lines of all litigation matters – class actions, contractual disputes, commercial issues, personal injury, property damage, regulatory, zoning, etc. This is an opportunity to provide expertise driving creative, business enabling, customer-focused, practical and proactive legal guidance.
