What you'll bring to the team Delivery Manager: Location: London/Hybrid: Hours: 40 hours per week: Contract: FTC: Merlin is undergoing a major transformation to drive sustainable growth through new technology. As Delivery Manager (Finance, Procurement & Transformation), you’ll lead end-to-end delivery of our global Finance Technology & ERP roadmap. Spanning Finance/FP&A, e-commerce and e-invoicing, compliance initiatives across international sites, ERP enhancements, tax and treasury systems, and supply-chain capabilities. Working closely with the Delivery Director to translate strategy into secure, low-disruption execution. Responsibilities: Finance & Transformation Technology Project Lifecycle & Governance End-to-End Implementation: Drive the full project lifecycle for Finance & Transformation technology deployments from requirements gathering to Go-Live and hyper-care. Data Migration & Integrity: Oversee complex data workstreams, ensuring high standards of data cleansing, mapping, and validation during system transitions.
