Using excellent customer service skills, establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, officials, and all members of the general public. Assist in training vehicle maintenance new hires. Operates a motor vehicle to assist in carrying out the business of the department and the City. Performs semi-skilled, skilled work in maintaining the vehicles in the City's fleet and mechanical equipment of the city. Carries out preventive maintenance tasks for all vehicles and mechanical equipment. Operates a variety of diagnostic scan tools and a variety of hand, electric, and air-driven tools.
