ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for candidate for a position of Product Cost & Analysis Specialist The purpose of the role is to ensure accurate product cost planning, preparation of metal balances, and comprehensive cost analysis and reporting for operational, management, and group requirements. You will be responsible for: - Calculate standard and actual product costs in accordance with company policy and accounting standards. - Cooperate with Production and Procurement teams to establish and update cost structures. - Analyze cost variances and recommend optimization actions. - Prepare and reconcile metal balances (e.g., raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods). - Ensure data consistency between ERP systems and operational reports. - Collaborate with Production and Logistics to monitor material flows. - Analyze production, material, and operational costs. - Prepare regular cost reports for management and group purposes. - Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to costs. - Identify and report variances, recommending corrective actions. - Participate in internal and external audits (documentation, explanations). - Contribute to process im...
