Define and develop business requirements and functional specifications for proposed system modifications and enhancements. Contribute technical and business expertise to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications and projects, ensuring solutions meet organizational needs. Partner with stakeholders to define detailed requirements and system interfaces, assess available technologies, and develop and present technical solutions.
