We’re looking for an AI Engineer to join us at Telia. I’m Ashwani Pandita , Head of B2B AI & Analytics SE IT , and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward‑thinking team focused on building and scaling agentic and generative AI solutions that create real value for B2B customers . What you’ll do: Design, build, and operationalize agentic and generative AI solutions in enterprise environments. - Design and build Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, and related Salesforce AI technologies - Develop AI agents using agentic frameworks such as ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar - Build and optimize agentic workflows using LLMs, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and autonomous execution patterns - Integrate AI solutions with Salesforce, ServiceNow, APIs, enterprise platforms, and data systems - Manage deployment and lifecycle of AI solutions, including CI/CD, MLOps, monitoring, and production support - Continuously improve AI agents through testing, evaluation, optimization, and feedback loops What will help you thrive in this role: You enjoy working at the intersection of AI, engineering, and busin...
