Description To ensure all plant processing and facilities equipment are running at optimum efficiency on a daily basis. Principal Duties: . Maintain and repair processing equipment. · Maintain and repair facilities equipment. · Perform preventive maintenance on processing and plant equipment. · Electrical troubleshooting. · Mechanical troubleshooting. · Communicate and document work performed. · Perform all other duties as assigned or asked of by management. Requirements: o Machine tool o Electrical troubleshooting o Facilities maintenance Decisions and Responsibilities: . Must demonstrate Journeyman level competence in all of the above trade skills. · Manage and perform projects independently. · Mentor Maintenance Mechanic 1 levels. Technical Requirements: . Experience in repair of high-speed processing and paper converting equipment is preferred. · License or certificates in any of the below trades is required: · Electrical installations, troubleshooting and repair 24V-480V · Mechanical troubleshooting and repair · Welding and fabrication · Pneumatic troubleshooting and repair · Machine tools · Plumbing and pipefitting · Facilities repair Physical Requirements / Working Condition...
