Job Description Responsibilities: - Activation, changes and deactivation of employee profiles in travel and expense tool, - Authorizing the issuing of corporate credit cards, - Administration of corporate credit cards including suspension and cancellation, - Downloading, verification and distribution of received corporate card statements, - Monitoring of payments for corporate card statements, - Providing ADM employees with training on the travel reservation and expense submission process, - Assistance with applying for a corporate credit card, booking a trip and settling business expenses in accordance with the company's policy, - Keeping business relations with travel providers, - Preparation of reports for the needs of the T&E team, ADM locations and Audit department, - Participate in improvement projects and identify areas for improvement within the process, - Supporting T&E team in the month-end closing activities. Your Profile: - Previous experience in a Shared Services and international environment (would be an advantage) - At least BA degree, - Fluent English-spoken and written, another language will be an asset, - Problem solving and “Can do” attitude, - Very good organiza...
