Manager, Process Management - Construction Monitoring This role is for the Manager of the Construction Monitoring (CM) team for Small Business Bank. The primary risk of all construction loans is the non-completion of the construction project and ensuring the project is completed within budget. To mitigate that risk, the SBB CM team monitors all ground-up construction projects for owner-occupied and investor real estate, all renovation, rehabilitation and tenant fit loans as per policy, when the scope of work includes structural work, or if the complexity of the project and scope of work warrants CM. The scope for this role includes leading a small team of associates who are responsible for completing the monitoring activities, as well as executing monitoring for a portion of the portfolio.
