You will work from home most of the time. You will be asked to come to our office in Florence for team meetings and trainings twice monthly (usually on a Thursday). The Project Manager, Sports owns and manages client relationships and manage accommodation, travel and transfers arrangements as per client request. As a Project Manager, Sports, you will be responsible for - Hotel contracting - Air and rail ticketing, individual and group - Individual and group hotel stays - Catering services (coffee breaks, business lunches, dinners) both in hotel and outside - Individual and group transfers - Management of charter flight services - Support in managing paperwork for obtaining visas About you: - You have several years of professional experience with organizing meetings and events - Confident handling of Microsoft-Office products - Service orientation and aplomb in dealing directly with people - Team orientation, communication, and cooperation skills, confident and fr...
