Inside Sales Representative Location: Graniteville, VT: Position Status: Immediately /full time: Rock of Ages, a division of Polycor, is looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Reporting to the Director of North American Memorial Sales, this position offers a clear development path into Outside Sales. The successful candidate will begin in an inside sales role to build a strong foundation in our products, customers, estimating tools, and sales processes, before gradually transitioning into a field-based role with increased direct customer engagement. Initially, this position is office-based to provide hands-on training and close collaboration with the sales and operations teams. Duties include, but are not limited to: - Support U.S. customers with quotations, pricing, and product guidance. - Learn the full product portfolio, applications, and estimating tools. - Prepare complete and accurate orders and submit them to the order entry team. - Resolve discrepancies prior to submission to ensure efficient processing. - Work closely with Outside Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Order Entry teams. - Gradually build customer r...
