Position Summary The Manager, Accounts Receivable – Credits, Write-Offs & Unbilled AR is responsible for the oversight, governance, and execution of complex credit, write-off, and unbilled accounts receivable activities across ACA. This role provides both strategic oversight and hands-on review of high-risk, high-impact AR items while ensuring compliance with ACA policies, approval thresholds, and internal controls. This position manages a team of five (US Based) and a Pune-based Assistant Manager who supervises two (2) Credit & Write-Off Analysts. The role partners closely with Revenue, Billing, Order Management, Customer Service Managers and Finance leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely AR resolution. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of credits, write-offs, and unbilled AR activities - Review and approve complex, high-dollar, or non-standard credit and write-off requests - Ensure credits and write-offs are appropriately supported by contractual and billing analysis - Lead unbilled AR research efforts and drive resolution in partnership with Billing and Revenue teams - Ensure timely conversion of unbilled AR to invoiced AR...
