As a Night Auditor, you will: - Be Accountable – Ensure all aspects of the hotel’s daily financial transactions are reviewed, balanced, and accurately recorded in a timely manner. Your work provides essential insights for management and sets the foundation for the day ahead. - Deliver Exceptional Guest Service – Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and requests throughout the overnight hours, providing a welcoming and professional experience at all times. - Ensure Accuracy – Review reports, reconcile accounts, and investigate any discrepancies to maintain the integrity of hotel records. - Be Reliable – Maintain a consistent overnight presence, ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of the property. - Communicate Effectively – Document and report any issues, guest concerns, or operational updates for the incoming daytime team. - Schedule & Work Environment- This is an overnight position with a consistent, set schedule, providing stability and predictability for your routine.
