This position oversees staff supervision, program development, aquatic operations, and facility management. The Aquatics Director ensures that every aquatic experience is safe, welcoming, fun, and mission-driven for members and program participants. Key Deliverables Include: ● Maintaining the highest standards of safety and risk management ● Delivering high-quality drowning prevention and swim lesson programming ● Ensuring strong member engagement and satisfaction Essential Functions: 1.
