Our Food & Beverage Manager is seeking an organised and motivated Event & Sales Coordinator to join our Food & Beverage functions team. This role is responsible for coordinating all function and event bookings from enquiry through to post-event follow-up while driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure events run smoothly, meet client expectations, and contribute to the Group's revenue growth. What is involved in the role? Event Coordination & Administration: - Manage the full lifecycle of function and event bookings, including enquiries, proposals, confirmations, function sheets and post-event follow-up. - Accurately capture client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for staffing, catering, room set-ups, audiovisual requirements and event timelines. - Respond promptly to client enquiries and professionally manage any issues or complaints.
