Job description

Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, & HVAC issues throughout the campus Perform scheduled predictive/preventative maintenance on equipment Prioritize and handle routine calls based on guest service needs Replace damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles, and wall coverings Complete basic plumbing, drywall repairs/painting, carpentry, flooring repairs, etc. Perform all repair functions in accordance with local and national safety regulations in continual preparation for inspections by insurance, fire and life safety, regulatory and machinery officials and agencies. Monitor inventory of materials and equipment necessary to maintain constant function of facilities maintained equipment. Order necessary parts and supplies. Efficient and accurate completion of work orders/requests. Ensures all activities and job duties are performed according to established company and departmental policies, procedures and goals, and following typical trade workmanship guidelines. Perform snow removal efforts during winter months which may include shoveling sidewalks and access ways, salting the lots, ensuring no ice build up on garage ramps. Complete any other duties as...
